This year, we combined three unique talent agencies into one. It wasn’t just about structure - it was about shared values, mutual trust, and a belief that creators deserve better. As managers, we spend our days helping creators tell their stories, so it felt like time to share a bit of our own.
Where We Started
We came from three different worlds:
• Nano Zebra (Scranton): YouTube-forward, strategy-led, and known for deep creator partnerships
• Outloud Talent (Baltimore/LA): A tight-knit team focused on lifestyle voices and long-term brand relationships
• BOWIE Agency formerly known as Rolen Group (NYC): Known for bold, creative, story-driven multi-hyphenate creators
Why We Came Together
We kept running into each other and realized we didn’t just want to collaborate — we wanted to build something together. Not bigger for the sake of it, but smarter and more supportive. We believed we could create something where creators feel seen and managers stay energized.
Outloud Talent vs. The Outloud Group
We’ve had a few questions about our relationship with them, so here’s the deal:
Outloud Talent (that’s us) represents creators. The Outloud Group works on the brand side, managing influencer campaigns for advertisers. Yes, we’re under the same umbrella — but no, we’re not double dipping – and we’re actually different companies with different ownership structures.
When Outloud Group runs a campaign, all creators follow the same process. If we represent a creator, our sole job is to advocate for them whether the deal comes through Outloud Group, another agency, or directly from a brand. We maintain clear boundaries to ensure transparency, and honestly, we believe it makes us stronger negotiators and more strategic partners on both sides.
Where We Are Now
We’re one team, spread across multiple locations and managing talent across multiple platforms—but we’ve maintained our boutique feel. We still text talent like friends, obsess over brand fit, and say no when it’s not the right match. The support is stronger. The ideas are better. The team behind each creator got bigger, without losing heart.
What’s Ahead
This isn’t the end of a journey, it’s the start. We’re still learning, growing, and building. Thanks to the brands, creators, and fellow managers who’ve been part of this so far. If you’re looking for a team that truly knows you and is ready to grow with you, we’re here.
