From Competitors to Teammates: The Story Behind Our Agency Merge

How three different agencies found strength in unity

We merged three unique talent agencies into one. It wasn’t just a business decision, it was about shared values, mutual trust, and a collective belief that creators deserve better. After years of helping creators tell their stories, it felt like time to share a little bit of our own.

Where We Started

We came from three different corners of the creator world:

  • Nano Zebra (Scranton): YouTube-first, strategy-led, and known for long-term creator partnerships.

  • Outloud Talent (Baltimore/LA): A tight-knit crew focused on lifestyle voices and brand relationships that last.

  • BOWIE Agency (NYC): Story-driven and bold, managing multi-hyphenate creatives pushing culture forward.

Different styles, different approaches—but that’s what became our strength.

Why We Came Together

The truth? We kept bumping into each other. The more we collaborated, the more we realized we didn’t just want to work together—we wanted to build something new. Not “bigger for the sake of bigger,” but smarter, stronger, and more supportive.

We wanted a home where creators feel truly seen, and where managers can keep their energy and creativity alive.

Outloud Talent vs. The Outloud Group

This one comes up a lot, so let’s clear it up.

  • Outloud Talent (that’s us): We represent creators.

  • The Outloud Group: They’re on the brand side, running influencer campaigns for advertisers.

Yes, we’re under the same umbrella. No, we’re not double-dipping. Different ownership, different missions. When The Outloud Group runs a campaign, our job is still 100% to advocate for the creator. Clear boundaries, full transparency, stronger partnerships.

Where We Are Now

Today, we’re one team, spread across multiple cities, managing talent across multiple platforms. And yet—we’ve kept our boutique spirit. We still text talent like friends. We still obsess over brand fit. We still say no when something isn’t the right match.

The difference? Now we’ve got more support, bigger ideas, and a deeper bench behind every creator we represent.

What’s Ahead

This isn’t the final chapter—it’s just the beginning. We’re learning, growing, and building every day. To the creators, brands, and partners who’ve been part of this journey: thank you.

And if you’re looking for a team that knows you, supports you, and grows with you—we’re here.
